Koole Terminals Jetty 11
The for transportation necessary piping will be laid in/on a pipe bridge. The pipe bridge is located under Jetty 11 as well as on land (quay). Ballast Nedam Industriebouw B.V. is responsible for the lower deck session. All modules will be prefabricated into 3 sections of 30-45 mtr, 8 by 5 meters and will be placed and linked on site. The total weight is about 130 ton.
The activities mainly consisted on:
- Fabrication of the prefab modules Steel, piping including insulationand tracing;
- Transportation of the modules including piping;
- Placement of the modules;
- Placement of the coupling pieces between piping and modules;
- Hydro testing per system;
- Tracing and test tracing;
- Applying insulation per pipe;
