New sustainable fuel production facility
The activities mainly consisted of:
Multi-disciplinairy works, Civil, Mechnical/piping and E&I, for the realization of the expansion of the existing plant RJF (Renewable Jet Fuel) and the new WWT plant (Waste Water Treatment)
Civil works
RJF plant (Brownfield)
- Ground works
- Concrete works 19,500 m3
- Foundations for pipe racks, structures and equipment
- Manholes (sewers and cable pulling wells)
- Concrete pavements
- Paving and terrain finishing
Mechanical works
- Prefabrication and installation of underground piping and tie-ins, 3,300 mtrs (in total)
WWT plant (Greenfield)
- Architectural works
- Ground works
- Concrete works
- Foundations for pipe racks, steel structures and equipment, six tank foundations, 11 basins, 5 buildings, manholes (sewers and cable pulling wells)
- Paving and terrain finishing
- Construction of five buildings (substation 8, substation 11, Guardhouse, 10kV Grid station, expansion Laboratory)
Mechanical works
- Installation of underground piping and tie-ins, 3,300 mtrs (in total)
E&I works for buildings, installations of:
- Lighting systems
- Fire & Gas detector systems
- Earthing works
- Telecom & security systems
- HVAC down flow units
- 2 x chiller unit each with 175 kW cooling capacity
- VRF system
