New sustainable fuel production facility

The activities mainly consisted of:

Multi-disciplinairy works, Civil, Mechnical/piping and E&I, for the realization of the expansion of the existing plant RJF (Renewable Jet Fuel) and the new WWT plant (Waste Water Treatment)

Civil works 

RJF plant (Brownfield)

• Ground works
• Concrete works 19,500 m3
• Foundations for pipe racks, structures and equipment
• Manholes (sewers and cable pulling wells)
• Concrete pavements
• Paving and terrain finishing

Mechanical works

• Prefabrication and installation of underground piping and tie-ins, 3,300 mtrs (in total)

WWT plant (Greenfield)

• Architectural works
• Ground works
• Concrete works
• Foundations for pipe racks, steel structures and equipment, six tank foundations, 11 basins, 5 buildings, manholes (sewers and cable pulling wells)
• Paving and terrain finishing
• Construction of five buildings (substation 8, substation 11, Guardhouse, 10kV Grid station, expansion Laboratory)

Mechanical works

• Installation of underground piping and tie-ins, 3,300 mtrs (in total)

E&I works for buildings, installations of:

• Lighting systems
• Fire & Gas detector systems
• Earthing works
• Telecom & security systems
• HVAC down flow units
• 2 x chiller unit each with 175 kW cooling capacity
• VRF system
