The new HTDC reactor will implement three process improvements to reduce the plant's energy consumption.

Civil works
Concrete works
- 1 floor consisting of 6 parts: 2 table tops and 4 foundations
Supply and installation of a precast pipe rack
Design and construction of 2 buildings
- Substation building including installation of HVAC systems
- Sprinkler valve building
Underground works
- Installation of precast pits and PP sewer pipes and GRE fire water
Mechanical works
- Welding of firewater tie ins
